The family had started his work from 60 Sq. yard and now the company owned more than 16000 Sq. yard.

S. Mani Singh Sohal was born in 1932 to Smt Tulsa Panesar at village Ghaloti, Distt. Ludhiana. His father S. Ajit Singh Sohal do sapoey work and he was a renowned in and around for manufacturing of good quality of Hult (Persian wheel). The village Ghaloti is very near to Rara Sahib. (A holy place), So the influence of Gurbani enlightened him from innerside. He is true devotee of Sant Baba Isher Singh ji of Rara Sahib.

S. Mani Singh has been a very hard working person. He had worked at different renowned industrial units involved in manufacturing agricultural implements. After worked at various places and trained himself He established Dashmesh Agricultural Works in 1975. After judging the market strategy he expanded his work and started to manufacture good qualities Chain Pulley Blocks and weight Lifting Equipments.

In 1980 he established new firm by the name of “National Engineers”. As well as his quality equipment gain faith in Weight Lifting Equipment, his son s. Bhupinder Singh joined him and established “Asian Cranes and elevators”. Now “Asian” Brand is established and trustworthy name in Weight Lifting Equipments.

S. Mani Singh Sohal married to Smt Mohinder Kaur Lotey in 1950. The couple is blessed with two sons and a daughter.

Elder son S. Bhupinder Singh shoal born on 15^th September1956 at Ghaloti, Distt Ludhiana. He got his primary education from Village school. He did matriculation in 1972 from Dashmesh High School, Ludhiana. Being an innovative mind he got some training to manufacture Thrasher and Agricultural Equipments. In 1975 he joined his father at Dashmesh Agriculture works. With his day and night work the father son duo gain a good reputation in agricultural equipments. Asian crane is result of his farsightedness. He married to Smt. Kamaljit Kaur matharu on 14^th November 1979. The couple is blessed with two sons and a daughter.

Younger son S. Harvinder Singh Sohal was born on 4^th April 1966. He did his matriculation from Dasmesh High School in 1982. In 1980 the family established national engineering works. So the family needs more hands and brain to look after the flourishing business, so he joined Asian cranes after completing his studies. Now he looking after the Asian cranes and elevators. He is married to Smt Paramjit Kaur Gaidu on 5^th Feb. 1989. The couple is blessed with 2 sons.
